Excellent plans! Absolutely love the coop. Made a few modifications for more airflow since I live in central Florida. Added two “window size” eve vents over the nest box in lieu of windows, added a glass window to the door, and put in two large screened openings on the run side. Lots of airflow and natural light. Perfect plans to house 4 chickens! Lots of compliments from friends too!

Amazing plans! We worked with a fellow chicken enthusiast who helped us build the coop and run. We made some modifications, added an automatic door and it turned out amazing!! Our girls are young chicks but I can’t wait for them to move in.

I looked for the longest time to find a coop that matched what I wanted in my head. Finally found this one and with the help of friends we built it for my very first flock! We modified slightly for where we were building, but it was super easy to follow along. I’m so so happy with how it turned out and for the size if you can build your own it really cuts down on price over buying some kit from a box store.
